Wavelength Parenting (“we”) sells digital guides and sends educational email for parents. Here’s what we collect and why, in plain language.
When you request a free guide or buy a product: your email address, name if you provide it, and purchase records. Our email platform (Kit) and store (Payhip) collect standard technical data (IP address, device and browser type, opens and clicks) so delivery and checkout work. Payment card details go directly to our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) — we never see or store your card number.
Deliver what you asked for, send the emails you signed up for, improve our content, and meet legal obligations. We use aggregate analytics to decide what to make next.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We don’t send email you didn’t sign up for. We don’t knowingly collect information from children — our products and emails are for adults (parents and caregivers).
Only the service providers that make the business run — Payhip (store/delivery), Kit (email), Stripe/PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (website) — each under their own privacy terms, and authorities if the law genuinely requires it.
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask us to delete your data or send you a copy: wavelengthparenting@gmail.com. If you’re in a region with specific privacy rights (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA and similar), those rights apply and we’ll honor requests to access, correct, delete, or port your data.
