Wavelength Parenting™ (“we”) sells digital handbooks and sends educational email for parents. Here’s what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

When you request a download or buy a product: your email address, name if you provide it, and purchase records. Our email platform (Kit) and store (Payhip) collect standard technical data (IP address, device and browser type, opens and clicks) so delivery and checkout work. Payment card details go directly to our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) — we never see or store your card number.

What we do with it

Deliver what you asked for, send the emails you signed up for, improve our content, and meet legal obligations. We use aggregate analytics to decide what to make next.

Advertising and measurement

We measure how this site is used so we can improve it and understand how parents find us.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page speed. It sets no cookies and does not fingerprint you or follow you to other websites.

Our own site measurement records which pages are viewed, how far they are scrolled and which buttons are used, using a first-party cookie (wl_sid) that identifies a browser session — never your name, and never your email address unless you type it into the sign-up box. It stays on our own servers.

The Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel are installed on this site. They tell us that someone who saw one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok reached the site, and whether they went on to request a download or start a checkout. We use them to judge whether our advertising is working and to stop showing ads to people who already signed up. They may set cookies, and Meta and TikTok each handle that data under their own terms.

Microsoft Clarity is installed on this site (and, where we add it, on our checkout pages). We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve our pages and products. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and we use what it shows us for site optimization and security. It never records what you type into a form box, and card details entered at checkout go to our payment processor, not to Clarity. By using this site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. For how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can limit this at any time: your browser can block third-party cookies, and Meta’s and TikTok’s ad preferences let you control how your activity is used for advertising. Blocking any of these tools changes nothing about what you can read, download or buy here.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We don’t send email you didn’t sign up for. We don’t knowingly collect information from children — our products and emails are for adults (parents and caregivers).

Who we share with

Only the service providers that make the business run — Payhip (store/delivery), Kit (email), Stripe/PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (website), Meta (advertising measurement, only while we are running ads) — each under their own privacy terms, and authorities if the law genuinely requires it.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask us to delete your data or send you a copy: hello@wavelengthparenting.com. If you’re in a region with specific privacy rights (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA and similar), those rights apply and we’ll honor requests to access, correct, delete, or port your data.
