Go through what you bought, and if it genuinely wasn’t worth what you paid, email hello@wavelengthparenting.com within 7 days of purchase and briefly tell us what missed the mark. We’ll refund you. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Some things aren’t subject to any window. A duplicate charge, a product you couldn’t access, the wrong product delivered, or a product materially not as described — contact us whenever you notice, and we’ll fix it: replacement, correct delivery, or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your original download link never expires and never changes — and it always serves the current version of the file. So the receipt email you got when you bought is still the fastest way back in, and anything we have added or improved since is already waiting on that same link. Search your inbox for Payhip or for the product name.
If you cannot find the email, or the link tells you you have run out of download attempts, email hello@wavelengthparenting.com from the address you bought with and we will send it straight back to you. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to prove — we can see the order.
If the problem is access or a broken file, tell us — we’d rather fix it in ten minutes than refund a product you wanted. Fixing first is always an option, never a requirement.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence. Where local law provides stronger guarantees, those apply.
